The festival of Makar Sankranti was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Cambridge School Dabra on 14th January 2020. The teachers explained to young students that on this day Sun enters the Makar sign thus it is known as Makar Sankranti. From this day onwards the duration of the day – time increases slowly. Thereafter the students, teachers and staff shared Til Gud among themselves. The festival reached a crescendo as the students came together for Kite flying fest on the school ground.
